Dozey 2-Year Limited Warranty
Dozey products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:
- Manufacturing defects in the fabric
- Defects in stitching or construction
- Premature seam separation not caused by misuse
- Defects in the elastic skirt or deep-pocket fit system
- Abnormal loss of fill caused by a manufacturing defect
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in softness, loft, or comfort preference over time
- Normal compression from regular use
- Stains, odors, discoloration, burns, or spills
- Damage caused by pets
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
- Cuts, tears, snags, or punctures resulting from use
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Commercial, rental, hotel, or institutional use
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
What Dozey Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Dozey may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product with the same or comparable model
- Issue a partial or full refund
Replacement products do not extend the original warranty period.
How To Submit A Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact our customer support team at support@dozeysleep.com and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Additional information may be requested to verify eligibility.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozey's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Dozey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
