At Dozey, we want you to love your sleep. That's why every mattress topper comes with a 30-Night Sleep Trial so you can experience the comfort in your own home.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

30-Night Sleep Trial

You may try your Dozey mattress topper for up to 30 nights from the date your order is marked as delivered.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase during this period, please contact our support team so we can help.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our 30-Night Sleep Trial:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be clean and free from excessive staining, damage, or misuse
  • The product must have been used only for normal residential purposes
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Quality Concerns, Damaged Items & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error is confirmed, Dozey will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product at no cost
  • Repair the product if applicable
  • Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled or modified within 15 minutes of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations because fulfillment may already be in progress.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer want the product, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • Shipping damage
  • An incorrect item sent by Dozey

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request is approved.

Do not return products without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Products used for commercial, rental, hotel, or institutional purposes

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, Dozey may provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Dozey reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of abuse, excessive return activity, fraudulent claims, or violations of this policy.
