Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Dozey reserves the right to request additional information to assist with the investigation process.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Claims submitted without supporting photos may experience delays in processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
